In the “Klimahaus Bremerhaven 8° Ost” visitors can experience a fascinating and extraordinary trip around the world. They will get to know various climatic zones and come across nine places on five different continents.  Visitors will pass through the ice of the Antarctica, cross the West African rain forest and watch colourful and exotic fish at the warm sandy beach of Samoa. On the way, you will meet people from all over the world, who are directly affected by the climate change and will tell stories about their daily life and how it is influenced by the climate.

However, there is waiting even more for you: on 11.500 m² you can learn background information about climate change and explore the interdependence’s between climate and weather. A trip across the world in only one day – that’s only possible in the Klimahaus Bremerhaven.
