Singing together for children and young people aged four to 18 with cantor Eva Schad. New children and teens are welcome in all five groups!
In addition to practising lively songs and working on staged musicals and singing plays, the choir rehearsals also include voice exercises for the children so that their voices can develop further as singers. Every spring, all children’s choirs of the Christuskirche go on a choir retreat.
Rehearsal times for the children's and youth choirs at all ages:
Children's Choir I (boys and girls ages 4 to 7): Wednesdays 4:45 pm -5:30 pm
Children's choir II (boys and girls from 8 to 11 years old): Thursdays 4:00 pm -5:00 pm
Youth choir I (boys and girls from 12 to 16 years old): Thursdays 5:00 pm -6:15 pm
Youth choir II (16 to 20 years old): Thursdays 6:15 pm -7:45 pm
Boys' choir (11 to 14 years): Fridays 2:40 pm - 4 pm
